Return Policy

If you have purchased our product through an authorized retailer, please contact them first as they have their own policies in place.

If you have purchased directly from our online store, you are eligible for a return for 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, given the product is unopened and in its original condition with a valid proof of purchase. If the tamper-evident seal is missing or it looks like it has been opened, we cannot process the return due to safety concerns.

• Place of purchase

• Reason for return

We will inspect the product(s) and if it arrives in its original condition, we will process the refund in its original form of payment.

Defects

In the unlikely even that you’ve received a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to start the exchange process. We will send you a replacement after confirming a valid proof of purchase and the condition of the damage.
